Working alongside global brand DC, Stage 2 students devised a visual lookbook for their S/S 2013 collection. Creating both still and moving imagery, students spent two days shooting in an aeroplane boneyard with three of the UK’s leading pro skateboarders. The thrilling experience was supported by Leo Sharp, the UK’s principle photographer for skateboarding, who provided a valuable insight into what it takes to create riveting imagery at this level.
The students delivered presentations of their work in DC’s infamous ‘skate bowl’ housed in their Cornwall based HQ. The feedback from DC was overwhelming with members of the company amazed by the level of ‘publication-ready’ content the students had produced.
